We ordered 19 windows and 3 doors MILGARD The order was collected quickly without any errors or delays.
As for the price, we had several offers from different companies, but the price of KT Fairglass pleasantly surprised us as it was lower by several thousand and it was affordable for our budget.
We install windows and doors ourselves with external and internal finishing,
The quality of the windows is good

Ok, gather around cause this is going to be a bit long winded, to ensure I share our story to the fullest.
Hi… Homeowner to other homeowners here! We decided we needed to upgrade our 40 year old windows. Our home has 15 windows that needed to be replaced, most on the very large size end. (90 inches by 43inches) Doing our due diligence I called around and got 3 quotes from reputable companies. For fairness I will not share the other 2 companies’ names. One company was out to lunch coming in about 12k higher than the other 2. The 2 local Vernon companies were about 3k apart from each other. Not bad. Continued to do my research as this was a big purchase for us (for most people I would assume) and wanted to make sure we got this right.
Well what do I know…. Mike (manager) from KT Fairglass gives me a call to follow up with my quote and see if we had any concerns or questions. Mike was not pushy… this was a straight up follow up phone call. This was important to me as I love personable people. I should note that when Mike originally came to estimate my windows, he really took the time to go over their products and gave me a very good understanding of what we would be purchasing and why. He didn’t try to oversell us but laid out all our options for us in various different packages/prices. I immediately liked Mike for his care and concern and just down to earth attitude.
The other local company just sent me a quote, no options, no concerns, no follow up, just here is a quote. We obviously decided to go with KT Fairglass. Looking back now, best choice we could have made.
Our next visit from KT Fairglass, was the installer Nathen to do the final measurements before they ordered the windows. Nathen was amazing to talk to and helped us decide on a few window designs that we would not have thought about. Nathen was confident and clearly a master of his trade. Ok, windows are now ordered, and I thought we would be waiting months for windows and installation. Nope…. 7 weeks later windows are in, and Nathen is ready to install.
Nathen shows up Monday morning with another installer Jason. Clearly another master of his trade. Both men took the time to explain to us exactly how this week was going to look like and what to expect. Bang bang bang…. windows are now out. Bang bang bang…. windows are now in. The trim inside was completed with perfection. The boys gave us white glove service and cleaned up after themselves and washed the windows up for us. Now I’m going to caution homeowners here… drywall dust is a nightmare. I did not expect the boys to wash my floors or dust my furniture (you shouldn’t either 😊). But the boys cleaned up their mess. What I originally thought was going to be 2 weeks of installation, took 1 week. They worked around my crazy schedule, our kid and our crazy cats. What more can you ask for?
Would I recommend the team from KT Fairglass? Absolutely. %100. We love them so much that we are already in talks with them about a few future projects to start next year.
Mike, Nathen and Jason…. Thank you so much for all that you did for our home. We already notice the difference in temperature in our home and look forward to next year’s project!!!

KT Fairglass replaced four windows in our house with new Milgard windows. The windows are of exceptionally good quality and the install was very professional. The new windows with additional new blinds have made the house feel like its been totally made over. I would highly recommend this company and their products.
I was very impressed with the service, they helped me determine the best windows for my older home, and installed a sliding door which has completely brightened up things.
