The entire team at KT Fairglass did a wonderful job installing 24 windows and 2 doors at my Silver Star place. From the start of the process to the end, they were the consumate professional team. The quality of their workmanship was excellent. Perhaps more importantly, their customer service was second to none. I would highly recommend the KT Fairglass Team and I look forward to using them again soon when I need to replace the windows and doors at my other house.

The installer Nathan and his crew were exceptionally professional and did a fantastic job installing our windows.in our home. They were very respectful, friendly and well organized while cleaning up the area as they worked. They have a good eye for detail and when finished the install they reinstalled our blinds. From the very first meeting with Mike the General Manager to the very end after the installation was complete with Tiffany the Project Co-ordinator every encounter with KT Fairglass went smoothly and pleasantly. We had 7 windows and 3 patio doors to be installed and each of them looks beautiful now. Mike listened to my concern about the quoted price being slightly over my budget and he fixed it after negotiating with the manufacturer. Thank you Mike for this. By the way the quoted price by KT Fairglass was the lowest by few thousand dollars among the four contractors I contacted. My house is built on somewhat sloped ground and I thought it will be a difficult job but the installers Gary, Tom and Wilhelm did a superb job. Lastly with this kind of experience I would not have any problem recommending KT Fairglass to anyone.

Outstanding company and people. The front office staff is polite, warm, and incredibly friendly. I got to know the owner, Todd, a bit and the man is a shining star. What stood out most to be is his commitment to his team and his willingness to meet me on my level (I’m not particularly well versed in trades) to ensure i understood the service and felt comfortable moving forward. If you are looking for a company that treats you with respect, dignity, and in good faith, I couldn’t recommend a company more than KT Fairglass. A true local gem.

2024: We've had a patio door and several windows replaced so far and are very happy with the outcome. The customer service leading up to and after installation was very satisfying and the installers were experienced and took care with the installation and our home. 2025: Window replacement completed ranging from two very large lvg rm windows to a very small pwdr rm window and all went well. The traffic noise is noticeably less and the insulation against the scorching sun is noticeably improved, and great customer service before and after.

I contracted KT Fairglass to custom build and replace 12 of the windows in my home. For starters- the windows are beautiful, modern, and make my house so much more quiet. When they came out to my home to measure the windows, they provided recommendations for different window styles that I wouldn't have considered myself; I am very grateful they spoke up about the various options available to me, and their recommendations. I also did have some specific customization ideas (like the large picture window in the photo- [apologies for poor lighting on the photos!]) where the team worked with me on the design to find the balance of practical, aesthetic, and functional. Beyond quality of product, I can honestly say that their customer service has been above and beyond. There were a few aspects of the finishing on some windows (e.g. trim) that I wasn't fully satisfied with. I reached out to let them know, and they made time to talk to me right away. When we met, they made me feel completely at ease and comfortable expressing my concerns, and within a couple of days their team was back at the house and making the adjustments The owners, and contractors were all professional, and friendly- just good people, high quality product & service, and a positive experience all around!

A great company to work with! They were amazing at communication, and the job was done very well, and on time with no delays. James (the window installer) did an amazing job, was kind, and was a treat to have working on the house while we were there. If you need new windows, I would highly highly recommend working with KT Fairglass. They are incredibly knowledgeable about their products and took every step to make sure things went smoothly, leaving us with a great finished product and experience. From the start, they were clear on options, timely with measurements and quotes, and efficient with the install. Nathan and Jason - the onsite installers - were professional, personable, and skilled at what they do. Any issues we encountered were solved over and above our expectations, and can't thank the team enough for an incredible end product!

As a local painting contractor in Vernon, I would highly recommend the team at KT Fairglass! My painting team often repaints/refinishes old windows, and have used KT Fairglass to replace these older window units that have failed over time (or sometimes we crack a window by accident when sanding/refinishing it, ha). The team is very knowledgable and have been great to connect with as I build out my team's window product knowledge and understanding when we can repaint/refinish old windows and when they should simply replaced instead. KT Fairglass just finished replacing all of our windows. The guys were very polite, clean and excellent tradesmen. We highly recommend this company for all your window and door needs! I can’t rave them enough!!!!

This is the only place I would deal with to get windows. They replaced a huge picture window in my kitchen. The price was much lower than I thought it would be I will be replacing my front windows within the spring and will definitely be going with KT fair glass
